How to Order a Shadow Box

Request a free estimate. We will email the estimate and an order form to you. Take a look and decide whether you want to place an order.

To place your order, complete the order form attached to the estimate and return it, following the instructions on the order form.

Pre-payment is required and instructions will be on the order form. We accept MasterCard, VISA or you can use PayPal for secure credit card payment. We also accept checks and we will accept written purchase orders from recognized government agencies.

Generally, we need 3-4 weeks to build your shadow box. The actual time frame is dependent on our production schedule at the time you place your order. Be sure to let us know if there is a particular date, event or occasion by which you need to receive your shadow box and we will let you know whether we can meet that deadline.

You will be responsible for all shipping expenses. We usually ship using UPS Ground service.
